Four-theme sustainability framework
Our public sustainability framework is organised around four management themes that are relevant to responsible business: Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement. These policies state our commitments; implementation evidence such as training records, supplier evaluations, incident logs, environmental measurements, audits and management reviews remains controlled company documentation.

Management approach

- Results: retain monitoring, measurement and review records so performance can be evaluated and improvement opportunities identified.
- Transparency: publish high-level commitments while protecting confidential personnel, customer, supplier and audit records.

Trade Linx does not present a website statement as a substitute for operational evidence. Where an auditor, customer or tender requires proof of implementation, the relevant current controlled record should be supplied through the company’s document-control process.
